We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager / Estimator to oversee residential remodeling projects from initial estimate through final completion. This role requires strong project coordination, client communication, and the ability to manage multiple home renovation jobs simultaneously.
What You’ll Do- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and proposals
- Manage residential remodeling projects on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate subcontractors, onsite activities, and project timelines
- Maintain clear communication with homeowners throughout the project
- Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project standards
- Use construction management and estimating software to streamline workflow
