A national/international design-build construction company in Charlotte is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree and at least 4 years of contract administration experience, preferably in commercial construction. Strong communication skills and proficiency in software such as Viewpoint (Vista) and Textura (Oracle) are essential. This role includes preparing reports, managing subcontracts, and facilitating project closeouts.
