- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
- Help supervise children during play sessions, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of play areas and cafe space.
- Oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring an excellent guest experience.
- Help manage social media accounts, developing and implementing engaging content.
- Organize and manage special events, classes, and activities.
- Work closely with partners to coordinate collaborations and events.
- Engage with children and families in the play space, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play.
- Assist in maintaining inventory, managing staff schedules, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the owner on ideas to improve cafe offerings and services.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Have a love for children.
- Background in early childhood education or teaching experience is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in cafe or food service management is a huge plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to engage and interact with young children and their families.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- Self-starter with a passion for building a family-friendly community.
- Availability to work 15 - 25 hours per week, with flexibility for events and special occasions.
- Must be able to complete and pass a background check to work with children.
