- Ability to manage special projects and assignments, setting priorities, identifying and addressing issues effectively, and ensuring timely progress.
- Organize and manage the executive’s calendar, including meetings, travel arrangements, and preparation of presentations and communications.
- Anticipates leadership needs and proactively delivers timely, thoughtful solutions.
- 2-3 years of experience supporting C-suite executives
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite—especially PowerPoint—with polished communication and writing skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to drive outcomes with minimal oversight.
