Overview
We are currently seeking an Associate Director to drive our Multi-card strategy for our Card business. This is a high-impact role with significant senior-level exposure, requiring a strategic thinker who can combine deep credit expertise with customer back thinking to create and scale a new strategy and segment for our business.
The selected individual will shape, scale, and operate our Multi-card strategy through data-driven analysis and cross-functional leadership. This includes designing and rolling out the initial policies around multiple account holders spanning credit policy, product strategy, and marketing. This leader will create new frameworks leveraging a variety of data sources to grow the business while balancing credit and other risks. They will act as leader and customer for work across multiple teams including analytics, product, marketing, technology, and operations to design and execute on a comprehensive end-to-end customer level strategy.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and refine our multiple card account strategy and policies to achieve scale while balancing risk and profitability objectives.
Launch Minimum Viable Product in first half of 2026 and scale the business in the second half.
Design and execute A/B testing strategies to constantly improve customer and business outcomes.
Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Technology, Operations) to bring strategy to life with great customer experience and flawless execution.
Partner with business leaders across functional areas to define priorities, align resources, and communicate progress to executive leadership.
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Management, or Computer Science)
5+ years of experience in consumer lending, driving informative risk decisions through analyses;
Master’s or PhD degrees may offset experienceAdvanced analytical skillset using tools such as SQL, SAS, R, or Python
Innovative and capable of developing creative solutions to complex, data-driven problems
