Title / Position: Senior Demand Planner

Location: Charlotte, NC

This role is within a supply chain team and is focused on planning to ensure adequate materials are available to meet demand. The team is seeking someone with 3+ years of planning or supply chain experience as this position will offer training and growth. There are three main areas that this role will complete planning for – website management, their mobile warranty/insurance vendor and materials planning for adequate product builds.

The website planning includes looking at their online presence to understand stock and complete back ordering campaigns within the company to improve availability of products. The warranty/insurance provide relies on this company for stock to meet the demand as related to insurance claims – this may include analyzing open box and/or refurbished products, looking at demand estimates as provided by the vendor and communicating this between the business and the vendor.

Finally, the core planning piece involves ensuring proper material is available to build their products and communicating appropriately with their internal and external partners.
