Con Serv Building Services, LLC is urgently hiring an entry level estimator for our office in Monroe, NC. This is an in‑office position.

Con Serv Building Services, founded in 1991 as the service division of BCH Mechanical, serves HVAC and related services across GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, MS, and AL. We are the top choice for regional clients with multiple accounts, convenience stores, and remote monitoring solutions.
Responsibilities- Determine competitive and accurate estimates to meet margin and financial targets.
- Organize and manage centralized cost estimating models to ensure current and strategic pricing data is used during proposal development.
- Work closely with Lead Service Estimator to set budgeting and strategic goals for estimating activities and business development opportunities.
- Interface with service technicians to ensure projects are delivered per estimates and refine estimating formulas continually.
- Process electronic work requests and submit proposals for service calls to all accounts unless handled by key account team.
- Call vendors for pricing and availability on parts for service/repair estimates.
- Field customer calls requesting service or maintenance work and arrange follow‑up calls.
- Develop a strong working relationship with field supervisors and technicians.
- Deliver and maintain the highest level of customer service.
- 2‑year degree or equivalent field experience (willing to train).
- High School Diploma or GED (BS preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe.
- Strong computerized skills – preference for Sampro.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Team player with positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the team.
- Perform additional assignments per manager’s direction.
- Able to pass drug test and background check.
Charlotte, NC – Salary range $75,000 to $110,000 (approximately $70,000 to $170,000 for experienced candidates). Open for discussion.
