Product Manager

As Product Manager
, you will drive new product strategy and commercialization across both branded and private-label portfolios, guiding innovative products from concept through launch. This highly visible role works cross-functionally to deliver category-leading innovations that make health and wellness more enjoyable for millions of consumers.

• Lead cross‑functional teams across R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory to deliver rapid innovation and new product launches.
• Partner with sales, product management, and retail customers to support development, cost optimization, claims validation, and packaging/label design.
• Oversee full product lifecycle management — from ideation and development to commercialization, including specifications, documentation, and SAP setup.
• Support customer relationships through data‑driven insights, forecasts, and coordination of orders, samples, and marketing assets.
• Collaborate with sales to identify new growth opportunities using market trends, consumer insights, and POS data to strengthen business cases for innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or innovation within consumer goods, nutraceutical, or OTC categories.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with pivot tables a plus.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage cross‑functional teams and external partners effectively.
