Account Executive, Legal

Russell Tobin is seeking an Account Executive who will help drive the growth of our Lateral Attorney Recruiting Division. This role would be based in Charlotte and sit within the Lateral Recruiting Team.

The main function will be to identify, engage and partner with Law Firms. Specifically, their Lateral Attorney Hiring Teams. Once signed, you would work to establish Russell Tobin as the preferred recruiting partner. Success would be measured through financial performance, including gross profit, headcount and overall client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Where possible, be out in front of current and prospective clients.
• Build out Sales strategy targeting local, regional and national law firm clients.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders such as Attorney Recruiting Directors, Managers and Coordinators.
• Focus on achieving performance goals around job requirements filled, timeliness, quality, compliance and customer service
• Work closely with recruiting team to ensure execution on new opportunities.
• Identify additional business opportunities within existing clients and new target clients to sell other services within our suite of recruiting solutions

Requirements:

• Past track record of success in Business Development and Account Management within the Staffing Industry, preferably within the retail markets or legal markets
• High energy individual with sense of ownership of work assigned and the ability to balance individual performance and team performance
• A highly disciplined individual that can be process oriented.
