Now Hiring: Business Consultant (PEO & HR Solutions)
We’re looking for hunters who can sell complex PEO and payroll solutions and know how to build velocity in the sales process.
This role is for sellers who can handle a complex sale with nuance and without letting deals drag on. You know how to qualify hard, create urgency early, and keep opportunities moving.
What You’ll Do- Hunt for net-new business across the Charlotte metro market
- Sell consultative PEO solutions to CEOs, CFOs, and HR leaders
- Navigate complexity without long, bloated sales cycles
- Build urgency, set clear next steps, and drive deal momentum
- Compete and win against national PEOs and payroll providers
- PEO and/or payroll experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable with complexity and speed
- Strong qualification, deal control, and closing skills
