** leads events and be a key member to ensure continuous improvement and lean applications/tools are utilized to benefit the business.  The

** develops local capabilities to deliver visible business results, through a hands-on deployment, and cross-functional leadership style. This role reports into the Associate Director/Program Manager Business Processes and is involved in strong stakeholder engagement with exposure at all levels of the Commercial organization and across different facilities for varying lengths of time.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Discover & provide internal/external opportunities for the overall continuous improvement activities.
* Stimulate growth by leading focused Continuous Improvement (Carrier Excellence)/Six Sigma/Lean Events to drive productivity gains.
* Lead the analysis of the current state to identify & prioritize opportunities for streamlined business processes.
* Drive projects & programs for the opportunities identified, ensure accountability to timelines, deliverables, and business outcomes.
* Lead complex cross-functional process improvement projects using data & analysis.
* Implement, improve, & sustain adoption of foundational operational business processes.
* Deliver effective change management to engage & promote employee relations across the workforce.
* Implement Business Process projects that return a “bottom-line value” to the organization.
* Manage & communicate project status to stakeholders on all levels of the organization including executive presentations. Focus on i.e., milestones, risks, & action items to drive completion in a timely manner (“on time” & “in budget”).
* Work with teams to implement & drive good daily management & problem-solving processes
* Build appropriate standard work & weekly/monthly performance scorecards for enhanced visual management.
** Basic Qualifications
*** HSD or GED with 10+ years’ experience in the equipment, field services, finance/accounting and/or software products industries.
** OR
* * Bachelors’ degree with 5+ years’ experience in equipment, field services, finance/accounting and/or software products industries.
