Onsite in Charlotte, NC.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Support day-to-day procurement and supply chain operations to ensure critical materials are available when needed.
- Source materials through approved vendors by issuing RFQs and executing accurate purchase orders.
- Track and expedite open orders to meet time-sensitive operational requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning teams when materials fall outside defined thresholds.
- Analyze vendor performance and support reporting on supply chain and inventory metrics.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and finance to support reporting, budgets, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
- Two or more years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations support roles.
- Experience working with purchase orders, vendors, and sourcing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
- Interest in growing within a stable, values-driven organization focused on safety and reliability.
