Job Description Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to support moderately complex initiatives focused on operational execution, process improvement, and cross-functional planning. This role partners with stakeholders to analyze business challenges, develop recommendations, and support delivery of operational initiatives while ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience working across enterprise teams, and the ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in and support moderately complex operational initiatives and deliverables

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate operational challenges requiring research and data analysis

  • Develop and present recommendations to address low-to-medium risk operational issues

  • Support planning activities related to operational initiatives and execution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather inputs and drive alignment

  • Prepare clear documentation, updates, and summaries for stakeholders

  • Apply sound judgment while working within established policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in operations analysis, business operations, implementation, strategy support, or related roles

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience supporting operational initiatives in a corporate or enterprise environment

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders

  • Experience analyzing processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments

  • Familiarity with operational reporting, documentation, or planning tools

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
