Position: TEMPO Business Enablement Lead (BEL), Technology, Data & Operations (TD&O)

Note: This on-site position requires presence in the office five days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the strategic Chief Operating Officer/Chief of Staff for the direct reports of the TD&O Executives, ensuring business operations run with clarity, discipline, and consistency.
  • Coordinate leadership rhythm, drive operational governance, and enable data‑driven performance insights to support executive decision making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to connect enterprise priorities to day‑to‑day operations, ensuring alignment, transparency, and cross‑functional coordination across TD&O.
  • Design, develop, and implement sustainable strategies to strengthen TD&O’s operational performance.
  • Lead the creation of a comprehensive reporting and analytics roadmap, ensuring data quality, validation, and actionable insights.
  • Translate strategy into execution frameworks, optimize organizational effectiveness, and drive integrated planning to elevate performance and maturity of the TD&O organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Operations function spanning ET or for a leader of a specific division within ET.
  • Support executive reporting routines (Board, Committee, Operating, Staff, Investor Relations, External Media).
  • Support various efforts or projects of significant complexity and/or risk exposure.
  • Directly or indirectly support teams to deliver efforts or projects.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to create efficiencies, including policies, procedures, job aids, and process automation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships across leadership and partner functions (Finance, HR, Legal / Office of the Corporate Secretary, Risk, Audit, Communications).
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree and minimum ten years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in general business management, consulting, executive reporting, operations management, business management and/or technology.
  • Broad knowledge across areas such as executive reporting, stakeholder management, finance, project management, and change management.
  • Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and apply best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
  • Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges.
  • Superior executive‑level communication skills (verbal and written), including negotiation, persuasion, and the ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective and handle interpersonal issues with tact and diplomacy.
  • Must possess ability to:
    • Be organized, synthesize large volumes of information into executive summaries
    • Think critically to connect information across the organization
    • Support slideware creation for executive deliverables
    • Provide high attention to detail across all deliverables
    • Establish positive working relationships across a large organization
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround
