Position: TEMPO Business Enablement Lead (BEL), Technology, Data & Operations (TD&O)
Note: This on-site position requires presence in the office five days per week.
Responsibilities- Serve as the strategic Chief Operating Officer/Chief of Staff for the direct reports of the TD&O Executives, ensuring business operations run with clarity, discipline, and consistency.
- Coordinate leadership rhythm, drive operational governance, and enable data‑driven performance insights to support executive decision making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to connect enterprise priorities to day‑to‑day operations, ensuring alignment, transparency, and cross‑functional coordination across TD&O.
- Design, develop, and implement sustainable strategies to strengthen TD&O’s operational performance.
- Lead the creation of a comprehensive reporting and analytics roadmap, ensuring data quality, validation, and actionable insights.
- Translate strategy into execution frameworks, optimize organizational effectiveness, and drive integrated planning to elevate performance and maturity of the TD&O organization.
