Job Title: Senior Business Strategy Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC
Type: Contract
Max Pay Rate: $60/hr
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to support complex, high-impact initiatives across business operations and strategic planning. This role will focus on analyzing multifaceted challenges, developing long-term solutions, and partnering closely with stakeholders to drive execution and business outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead and support complex business execution initiatives with broad organizational impact
- Analyze multi-faceted business challenges and develop strategic, scalable solutions
- Support large-scale planning activities and long-term execution roadmaps
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery
- Provide recommendations to resolve complex operational, strategic, and execution challenges
- Support documentation, reporting, and communication of initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and execution models
- 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Strategy, Operations, Implementation, or Consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting large-scale or long-term initiatives
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Background in strategic planning, business transformation, or enterprise initiatives
- Experience working in large, complex organizations
- Exposure to change management, process optimization, or program execution
