• Identify high-potential acquisition opportunities aligned with the employer's strategic objectives
• Manage the end-to-end M&A process, including screening, diligence, negotiation, and integration
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and potential disruptions
• Prepare communications and presentations for senior executives regarding M&A activities
• Mentor and support junior deal team members throughout the M&A process

• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Investment Banking
• Proven track record of leading and executing M&A transactions, including diligence and negotiation
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to influence across all organizational levels
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is optional

• Experience working with executives and managing complex deal processes
• Familiarity with private capital, legal, investment banking, and/or accounting and consulting markets
• Resourceful and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
