The primary purpose of this role is to provide strategic workforce planning, operational insight, and executive administrative leadership in support of the Chief Operating Officer for Technology, Delivery & Operations (TD&O) an organization of significant scale, scope, and responsibility. This role drives sustainable operational performance by developing and executing workforce strategies, labor plans, engagement initiatives, and culture roadmaps, while partnering cross functionally with senior leaders to align activities and solutions to business priorities.
The position leverages advanced analytical, organizational, and problem solving capabilities to produce workforce metrics, reporting insights, and business recommendations that strengthen TD&O s operational effectiveness.
In parallel, this role provides high impact executive administrative support to the COO, serving as the central coordination point for all engagements, calendar governance, communication workflows, and operating rhythms. The individual ensures seamless execution of executive priorities, while also contributing project management, vendor oversight, change management, and communication support as needed. Through a unique blend of strategic workforce consultancy and executive operational support, this role enhances leadership effectiveness, advances enterprise workforce management capabilities, and strengthens engagement and culture across TD&O.

Partner with Workforce Management, Planning & Engagement leadership to execute and apply T&DO workforce strategies across business units in alignment with TEMPO, BMOs, and HR.
Support workforce, talent, culture, and engagement programs, optimizing the mix of FTE, contingent labor, and managed services while balancing financial goals and operational risk.
Develop, track, and interpret workforce, talent, and engagement metrics; provide insights and recommendations that inform staffing, planning, and operational decision making.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workforce management, planning, engagement, and operating rhythms across TEMPO and BMOs.
Lead or support cross functional initiatives involving workforce technology, operational efficiency, organizational improvement, and longterm strategic execution.
Provide high impact executive operational and administrative support to the COO of T&DO, ensuring seamless execution of priorities across the organization.
Own and manage the COOs operating rhythm, including executive calendar governance, strategic sequencing, and coordination of engagements and commitments.
Manage the Chief TEMPOs internal and external engagements, ensuring alignment, preparation, and accurate representation of strategic priorities.
Prepare executive materials, briefing documents, communications, and leadership level content that enable informed, timely decision making.
Coordinate enterprise level meetings, leadership forums, staff interactions, and engagement activities on behalf of the COO.
Maintain strong organizational awareness and relationships across T&DO, TEMPO, HR, Finance, and partner teams to anticipate needs, mitigate risks, and support executivelevel alignment.
