Our client, a leading organization in the technology and process management sector, is seeking a Process Analyst – CLT/Jax – AL to join their team. As part of the Process Improvement Department, you will support cross‑functional teams, demonstrating strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset.

Charlotte, NC (Onsite required 3 days a week)

• Design and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize process modeling tools such as Visio and ARIS to create detailed process diagrams.
• Collaborate across departments to implement process enhancements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Support systems integration and transition activities with technical teams.
• Apply Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• 5‑7 years of experience in IT service management processes and tools.
• Proficiency with process modeling tools such as Visio and ARIS.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, including systems integration experience.
• Background in process design and reengineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
