Key Responsibilities Strategic Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Lowe’s merchants (Hardware, including Hand Tools, Power Tools Accessories, Mechanical tools, Storage, and HVAC), assortment planners, inventory teams, and marketing partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all business activities, aligning strategies and objectives to deliver sustainable category growth.
- Lead annual joint business planning and quarterly business reviews.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow sales, improve profitability, and strengthen the company’s position in the hand tools category.
- Identify new opportunities for category expansion and brand differentiation within Lowe’s.
- Oversee & Pt together Product Line Reviews, ensuring compelling assortments, pricing strategies, and merchandising solutions.
- Partner with marketing teams to build impactful promotional programs, seasonal campaigns, and in-store merchandising initiatives.
- Ensure product launches, resets, and promotional rollouts are executed accurately and on time.
- Support online growth by optimizing PDP content, enhancing digital merchandising, and ensuring accurate product data.
- Review and analyze digital performance metrics to maximize visibility, conversion, and sales.
- Partner with Lowe’s ecommerce team to support promotions, new item onboarding, and search/category placement.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product management, supply chain, finance, and operations.
- Champion Lowe’s requirements internally to ensure alignment across the organization.
- Support inventory flow, forecasting, supply‑chain planning, and execution of operational scorecards.
- Analyze POS trends, category share, and customer performance reports to identify actionable opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and demand plans to support inventory health and service‑level expectations.
- Provide insights to guide assortment planning, promotional strategy, and pricing decisions.

- Digital performance (conversion, PDP completeness, placement)
- Strength and depth of merchant relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in sales or account management
- Experience working with major retailer accounts (Lowe’s, Home Depot, or comparable) preferred
- Background in hand tools, hardware, construction, or durable goods strongly desired
- Proven track record of achieving sales and category growth targets
- Strong relationship‑building and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex initiatives
- Strong organization, prioritization, and project‑management abilities
- Self‑starter with high energy, accountability, and attention to detail
- Travel to Lowe’s HQ, field visits, line reviews, and industry events as needed
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills across all levels of internal and external teams
