We’re looking for a Social Outreach Specialist to support our sales team by driving outbound engagement, managing social and email outreach, and helping create momentum with prospective clients. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and social media—and is perfect for someone who loves communication, organization, and seeing their work directly impact growth.
You’ll help our sales team stay focused on closing business by owning much of the outreach, follow-up, and digital engagement that starts great conversations.
What You’ll Do- Support sales leaders with outbound outreach, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
- Help manage prospect lists, pipelines, and activity tracking in the CRM.
- Prepare outreach messages, client materials, and light research for sales conversations.
- Send professional, thoughtful email outreach on behalf of the sales team.
- Monitor responses and route warm leads to the appropriate sales leader.
- Assist with posting company updates, job ads, and content on Linked In as needed.
- Keep CRM data clean and up to date (contacts, notes, outreach activity).
- Track engagement metrics and identify what’s working best.
- Help improve outreach templates, messaging cadence, and processes over time.
- You enjoy communicating with people and writing clear, friendly messages.
- You’re comfortable using Linked In and eager to learn outreach best practices.
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and follow through on tasks.
- You like being part of a team and making others more effective.
- You’re tech-savvy and open to learning new tools and systems.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, recruiting coordination, or administrative roles (preferred, not required).
- Comfort using Linked In and email professionally.
- Experience with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Bullhorn, or similar) is a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
