Client Relationship Manager, Business Development
We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Account Manager with a passion for relationship management, strategic growth, and operational excellence. This role is instrumental in owning the end-to-end client engagement lifecycle—fostering deep relationships, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring flawless delivery within a high-performance IT services and staffing environment.

Managing and growing existing direct client accounts with a focus on satisfaction, retention, and business expansion through strategic delivery and relationship building.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts.
- Engage in daily interaction with client hiring managers to understand their evolving needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Strengthen partnerships through ongoing communication, responsiveness, and tailored support.
- Actively build relationships with new hiring managers through internal references and referrals.
- Deliver strategic presentations showcasing the company's IT capabilities to senior client IT managers and executives.
Business Development & Expansion:
- Identify new business opportunities within current accounts by understanding client pain points and upcoming initiatives.
- Obtain referrals from existing hiring managers to connect with additional decision-makers within the client organization.
- Deliver strategic presentations showcasing the company's IT capabilities to senior executives.
- Drive account expansion efforts by aligning services to client goals, identifying white-space opportunities, and maximizing account penetration.
Delivery & Execution:
- Coordinate closely with recruiting teams to ensure delivery of high-quality talent within committed timelines.
- Oversee the entire staffing lifecycle—from intake through onboarding—with precision and accountability.
- Address delivery issues with urgency, ensuring consistent quality and client satisfaction.
Strategic Account Planning:
- Create, manage, and execute detailed account plans with forecasts, opportunity tracking, and risk assessments.
- Stay current with market trends, competitor insights, and client organizational changes to position services effectively.
- Partner with clients to anticipate future hiring needs and align recruitment strategy accordingly.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting:
- Act as the liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams to align on goals and drive execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems; ensure timely updates and visibility into all client-related activities.
- Provide comprehensive performance reports and regular business reviews, highlighting delivery metrics, milestones, and value delivered.
Requirements:
- Proven success in US IT staffing, consulting, or services account management, especially in direct client and SOW engagements.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to grow revenue within existing accounts while maintaining high service quality.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and relevant reporting platforms.
- Strong presentation skills and experience engaging senior client stakeholders.
