Territory Portfolio Manager

Your main responsibilities
  • Drive portfolio growth (Conversions, Portfolio Protection, Recoveries, Price Adjustments, and Schindler Ahead) while ensuring compliance with sales management policies. Oversee sales meetings, proposal volume, hit rates, pricing, customer satisfaction, and closing performance gaps. Responsible for all associated KPIs defined for Repair sales.
  • Facilitate Territory and Corporate portfolio growth initiatives and support recruiting, onboarding, training, sales planning, campaigns, and performance management. Foster strong relationships with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide consistent sales management across the territory to improve execution, accountability, forecasting, and alignment with Schindler s values, strategies, and priorities. Strengthen sales team development, support local teams, optimize resources, and drive measurable results.
  • Grow the portfolio within the territory by supporting and administering Service Sales priorities, standard processes, promoting service products and services, and leveraging Schindler s points of differentiation. Attend critical customer meetings, engage necessary resources, and ensure compliance with Schindler policies and best practices.
  • Ensure General Managers, Branch Managers, or Service Sales Managers lead consistent and effective meetings with Service Sales teams, adhering to a standard format and focusing on performance indicators, accountability, and a positive customer experience. Ensure teams receive necessary training.
  • Partner with departments, particularly the Service Business Line, to facilitate and administer key initiatives and processes throughout the Territory. May involve decision making, processing, reporting, and communications.
  • Develop key relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Service Business Line, Strategic Accounts, BSC) and external partners to position Schindler as a preferred service provider and achieve defined business objectives.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the systems, processes, and reports that support Service Sales; provide internal stakeholders with supplemental reporting and resources to identify opportunities and meet objectives.

This position can be seated anywhere in the territory.

What you bring
  • Bachelor s degree required
  • 5+ years of sales experience required
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Prior people leadership experience preferred
  • Elevator industry preferred
