• Assist in the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence
• Conduct in-depth industry and market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and potential acquisition targets
• Develop strategic presentations and reports for senior executives and board-level discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess integration plans and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics for completed transactions and strategic projects

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or management consulting
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
