- Build and implement foundational warehouse processes, SOPs, and inventory control workflows
- Support warehouse setup, layout planning, racking, equipment selection, and space optimization
- Maintain organized, safe, and efficient warehouse operations aligned with company standards
- Support receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, staging, and outbound shipping activities
- Conduct cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and system updates to ensure inventory accuracy
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and issue resolution
- Prepare and manage all required shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of landing, customs documents, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and internal policies
- Interface with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders
- Resolve shipment delays, damages, and logistics discrepancies
Help design scalable logistics and warehouse workflows to support future growth - Maintain accurate data in ERP/WMS systems and support process improvements
- Support audits, compliance requirements, and documentation control as need
- 5–10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain (startup or small-team environment preferred)
- Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping processes and documentation
- Experience managing multiple logistics vendors, carriers, and service providers
- Proven ability to build or improve warehouse and logistics processes from scratch
- Comfortable performing both administrative logistics work and hands‑on warehouse tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/WMS systems required
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Associate’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent
