• Gather data, track status, and provide reporting for a wide variety of change initiatives, primarily focusing on Regulatory Change projects.
• Document comprehensive business requirements in coordination with Technology and Report Preparation teams to support cost estimates and development.
• Work cross-functionally to collect project status data, including financial status, risk status, schedule updates, and technology updates, from Front Office, Change Management, and Technology teams.
• Assist multiple project teams across various Change Management portfolios, ensuring strict deadlines are met and effective business partnering is maintained.

• 4-5 years of Business Analysis experience in project management or change management within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Office skills, essential for tracking and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to partner effectively with individuals across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage the requirements of strict project deadlines.

• Pay: $46.18/hr
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

Pay Details: $46.18 per hour
