We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Federal Proposal Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the central point of contact for all proposal development activities, ensuring timely, compliant, and high‑quality submissions in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) issued by federal government agencies. This role requires exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

• Proposal Management:
  Manage the entire proposal development lifecycle, including creating detailed schedules, outlining deliverables, and tracking progress against deadlines.
• Compliance Assurance:
  Conduct thorough analyses of RFP/solicitation requirements and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to ensure all submissions are fully compliant.
• Content Coordination:
  Facilitate collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including subject matter experts (SMEs), technical writers, finance, and legal teams, to gather and integrate information.
• Writing and Editing:
  Contribute to content development, including drafting executive summaries, editing technical sections for clarity and consistency, and proofreading the entire document for grammar, syntax, and adherence to style guides.
