Product Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Pro Writers team s role will be based in Malvern, PA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key features, API integrations, and platform improvements
• Serve as a primary point of contact for carrier integration partners and technical vendors
• Collaborate with developers to implement features and resolve bugs
• Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and documentation for internal and external use
• Prioritize work and maintain clear visibility into timelines and dependencies
• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and operational impact

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in a product management, product operations, or a similar business role.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with technology and working with data; highly proficient in Excel.

• Consulting, banking, and/or insurance industry experience.
• Experience with SQL and database tools.
• Demonstrable track record in a product management or product operations role in a tech‑enabled professional services environment.
