About the RoleAs a member of the Organizations and People Technology team, you will help clients develop HR technical strategies, select and manage HR information systems/software, and assess business models to engage digital consumers. You may also manage payroll preparation, processing, and administration to reduce costs and risks.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Deliver client service and insightful solutions for large‑scale system projects.
- Balance multiple priorities and establish relationships.
- Integrate into and lead new teams.
- Technical competence and a practical/business‑driven approach to solving complex challenges.
- Generate profitable revenue through follow‑on engagement opportunities.
- Encourage collaboration and create an inclusive working environment.
- Participate in business development: prepare proposals and deliver presentations.
- 3‑4 years of prior experience with relevant professional experience (Big 4, global management consultancy, or in‑house role).
- Willingness to travel and comfort with a hybrid environment (average of three days per week at client site or EY office).
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant postgraduate qualification.
- Project management of global or multi‑national payroll projects.
- Global payroll consulting experience and knowledge of technology vendors such as ADP, People Soft/Oracle, SAP, Workday, and other related solutions.
- Large‑scale project management experience.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
