The role is located CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region, supporting the City of Charlotte (COC) engagements as part of Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services with potential conversion to a full-time W-2 position.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in social media strategy.
• Strong portfolio of social media campaigns.

• Analytics tools, campaign planning, creative direction.
• Strategic thinking, innovation, adaptability.

• Works with design teams for visual consistency.
• Oversees A/B testing for social media ads.

• Reports to Communications Manager.
