Charlotte, NC
Schedule:
Monday 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Tuesday to Friday 7 AM to 2:30 PM.
The Office Service Associate-Print Operator is responsible for producing high-quality digital print jobs, providing related services, and accurately entering job data and billing into the job tracking system. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a high-volume production environment, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities- Produce high-quality reproductions of customer materials, including binding, finishing (drilling, cutting, folding, hole-punching, laminating), stapling, and basic copier maintenance.
- Operate digital, high-speed copiers and related production equipment.
- Prepare materials for mailing, including addressing, envelope stuffing, and label creation.
- Complete job tickets with minimal instructions.
- Troubleshoot paper jams and perform preventative maintenance as a key operator.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of materials and supplies.
- Maintain equipment usage records and logs; provide recommendations for technical improvements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating flexibility to meet client needs.
- Work overtime or different shifts as needed to meet production deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in high-production printing services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Frequent walking.
- Ability to respond quickly to high-priority customer requests.
