Product Manager – Post Purchase

In this dynamic role you will own the product life cycle, from defining the vision and strategy to crafting a compelling roadmap. You’ll collaborate with internal and external partners, drive projects independently, and make a significant impact on a Fortune‑50 business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the product planning, development, and launch process for product roadmaps for post‑purchase exchanges.
- Experiment, uncover gaps, and organize customer research for product roadmaps using market research, internal studies, and competitive analysis.
- Manage scaled launches, track product launch metrics, and drive iteration based on feedback.
- Represent the team in product‑level discussions, addressing complex problems and collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize customer issues, drive adoption, and monitor product KPIs.
- Attend business reviews, include product results, and contribute to business cases.
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with strategy and data‑driven prioritization.
- Provide UX/UI approval, direction to cross‑functional teams, and communicate updates.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure support upon product delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience in lieu of education).
- 2 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing.
- 1 year of experience in product and/or experience management.
- Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing ability.
- Experience working cross‑functionally in a large organization.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership.
- Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables.
- Master’s degree in business administration or similar advanced degree.
- CSPO certification.

Pay range: $75,300.00 – $ annually. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
