* Job Summary:

* The primary duty of this position is the operational integrity and profitability of contracted programs utilizing a managed order guide for assigned distribution centers.

** Responsibilities:*
* - Review managed order guides against company data records to monitor for authorized and unauthorized changes

- Resolve discrepancies directly with distributors, category managers and other stakeholders.

- Execute order guide changes, audits, stock requests, depletion of obsolete inventory and new program rollouts for assigned distributors.

- Manage proprietary inventory for assigned distributors to minimize slow and dead invetory and maximize return on investment.

- Facilitate weekly calls with assigned distributors to review performance and address issues with managed order guide management and off order guide sales.

- Complete managed order guide and spend analysis to optimize ROI at assigned distribution centers.

- Process field requests for changes and/or additions to the managed order guide product listing.

- Provide reporting to stakeholders and complete other ad hoc analysis.

- Take action or provide a recommended.

** Requirements:*
* - Experience in food service, supply chain, manufacturing and/or category development desired or other related experience.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

- Working Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer) required.

- Strong Excel skills required and database experience would be preferred.

- Knowledge of contract management systems or other rebate technology preferred.

- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

- Experience meeting stated timelines and deadlines.

- Collaborative - works well as a member of a team.

- Consistently displays strong integrity and ethics.
