Position: Employee Benefits Account Manager

Job Summary

Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the organization, which has been recognized for its strong team-centric culture. As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, you will manage client accounts, provide exceptional service, and ensure the seamless delivery of employee benefits solutions. Compensation

Package
  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience; highly experienced candidates may earn over $100,000).
  • Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
  • Hybrid schedule available (2 days per week remote).
Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ranging from 100 to 1,000+ lives, across various industries.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee benefits, including all lines of coverage.
  • Assist clients during enrollment periods by explaining benefits and addressing inquiries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate service delivery to clients.
  • Support producers by servicing renewals and quoting new business as needed.
  • Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits account management or a related field.
  • Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license.
  • Strong generalist knowledge of all lines of coverage and industries.
  • Proficiency in Applied Epic software is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-centric environment.
