As an Investor Relations Specialist at Honeywell, you will play a crucial rolein supporting the Investor Relations(IR) team tomanagethe relationships and communications between Honeywell andthe investment community. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Vice President, Investor Relations of Honeywell Automation and the broader IR team toeffectivelycommunicate
Honeywell's strategy, value creation and equity story to investors, sell-sideanalystsand the broader financial community. Byfacilitatingengagement with shareholders, you will enable senior management to focus on delivering exceptional value to our customers.
This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to gain broad experience across various activities, including investor events,reporting of financial results, and corporate access.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across both financial and non-financial domains, you will navigate dynamic news flow andbe an integral part of theteam that isaddressingemergingissues, making each day unique and rewarding.
As part of the Investor Relations team, you willbe expected to work from the office 3+ days a week on a hybrid work schedule.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSBILITIES
- Coordinate and support all aspects of Honeywell’s Investor Relations activities with the financial community, building strong relationships with and becoming a trusted resource for analysts and investors by providing thoughtful,professional, and approachable engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Investor Relations and the broader team to support Investor Relations’ mission of sharing the company's performance and prospects with the financial markets.
- Participate in the generation ofcertaininvestor communications to ensure thetimelyrelease and upload of press releasesand other time-sensitive communications.
- Influence investor targeting efforts bymaintainingand analyzing Investor Relations engagement activity and contact databases, related activity metrics, third party recommendations, and investor feedback.
- Support and driveend-to-end planning of key internal and external meetings and events throughout the quarterly and annual IR activity cycles, including investor meetings, investor conference presentations, non-deal roadshows, ad hoc investor field trips, and sell-side meetings.
- Coordinate all aspects of buy-side and sell-side meetings, including conference registration,logistics, collecting feedback, andsupportingthe IR team in arranging follow-up meetings as needed.
- Play a key role in the coordination of company-led investor events, including annual Investor Days, among others. This includesliaisingwith the related internal and external stakeholders, sourcing relevant vendors, ensuring adherence to best practices, and organizing communications when applicable.
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the VP, Investor Relations, including all calendar management,extensivetravelcoordination (domestic and international), and special project oversight.
Partner with the VP of Investor Relations to manage the team’s priorities, providing critical supportofkey initiatives and work streams.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3-5 years of experience working in relevant roles supporting investor relations or within broader financial functions(corporate access, sell-side or buy-side research, executive support,etc.)
- Highly developed client relationship and project management skills
- High energy level, workethic, and passion to excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills including mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Office 365)
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Pro‑active planning and organizational skills
