Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Change Manager to join their team. As a Change Manager, you will be part of the Commercial Banking division supporting organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Pay Range:
What's the Job?- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support large-scale initiatives within Commercial Banking.
- Conduct impact assessments and readiness analyses to identify potential risks and resistance.
- Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Collaborate with project managers and business leaders to integrate change management into project lifecycle.
- Monitor and measure adoption, effectiveness, and sustainability of change initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in Change Management within financial services or banking.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change for complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Commercial Banking products, processes, or operations preferred.
