Infiniti of Charlotte is a leading automotive dealership in Matthews, NC, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers and maintaining the highest standards in automotive repair.

The ideal candidate will be a certified technician with extensive Nissan or Infiniti experience, strong diagnostic capabilities, and the ability to lead or work independently.

• Perform high-quality diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Infiniti and Nissan vehicles
• Accurately document and complete repair orders
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of factory technical bulletins and procedures
• Mentor junior technicians (if applicable)
• Ensure shop safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and other team members

• Infiniti or Nissan factory training preferred
• ASE certifications strongly preferred
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience as an automotive technician (Nissan/Infiniti-specific experience strongly desired)
• Strong knowledge of electrical and diagnostic systems
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
