Vehicle Inspector

Overview

Floorplan Xpress is a national leader in the automotive finance industry. We are looking for a Vehicle Condition Inspector in the Charlotte, NC area. The Vehicle Condition Inspector is responsible for inventory field auditing, dealer customer relations and risk mitigation. The Vehicle Condition Inspector will perform physical inspections of individual vehicles on dealer customers' lots. Occasionally, the Vehicle Condition Inspector will need to assist in repossession and collection efforts.

• Develop strong relationships with current customers, auctions, other financial institutions and other industry connections.
• Call dealer customers to collect payments, seek additional loan opportunities, set up appointments, research location of assets and make other calls as required.
• Perform inventory field auditing and physical inspections of vehicles on dealer lots.
• Assist in repossession and collection efforts as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in the automotive finance industry or consumer/commercial lending industry is preferred.
• Ability to drive for long periods of time and maintain a clean driving record.
