We are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family as Automotive Parts Specialists. While experience in automotive parts is preferred, a background in automotive knowledge or related fields is beneficial. • Provide and source parts for fleet customers' specialized equipment.
• Assist team members and customers with parts knowledge.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and collaborate with management and technicians.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Ask questions to ensure accurate parts sourcing.
• Inform customers about parts availability.

• Enjoy helping fleet customers with their parts needs.
• Have experience in the automotive industry or hands-on vehicle repair experience.
• Aim to grow their parts knowledge within a team environment.
• Are eager to learn and develop their career.

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn.
• High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school education is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good listening skills and empathy for customers.
• Ability to work in an airport environment and shop setting.

• Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries.
• Experience with airport ground support equipment.
• Knowledge of cataloging, sourcing, and inventory management systems.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.
