A leading dealership in the Charlotte market is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Sales Manager, with proven auto sales management, team building, and closing skills, to be responsible for the success and profitability of vehicle sales, sales team management, and more. Candidates must have a proven track record to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities - Sales Manager:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed dealership sales goals
  • Coach, train, and mentor sales staff to improve performance and customer interactions
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure seamless transitions from sales to financing
  • Explain vehicle features, advantages, and financing options best suited for customers
  • Ensure loan/title and miscellaneous documents are processed efficiently
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
  • Engage in business development to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities



Qualifications:

  • Automotive Sales Manager or Finance Manager experience required
  • An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
  • Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
