* JOB DESCRIPTION:
** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
** Legal Administrator
** to join the Driven Brands Legal Team. This role involves managing administrative tasks efficiently, handling billing processes, and taking initiative in task management to support our legal department effectively.
** How you will
* Own* it:
*** Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
* Manage billing processes including invoicing, tracking expenses, and processing payments.
* Take ownership of task management by prioritizing assignments, coordinating deadlines, and ensuring timely completion.
* Assist in preparation of responses to document production requests, subpoenas, and litigation holds.
* Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold legal standards.
** What you'll*
* *** Bring:
**** Experience in an administrative role.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research databases.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
