CAPITAL Ford of Charlotte is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Automotive Assistant Fleet Coordinator to support our Commercial and Fleet Sales operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating fleet-related activities, assisting the commercial sales team, and helping ensure a seamless experience for our business customers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for fleet and commercial customers, assisting with scheduling, follow-ups, and general inquiries
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments related to fleet sales, vehicle deliveries, and demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet accounts, appointments, and customer communications within CRM systems
  • Support the Commercial Sales team with documentation, presentations, and administrative tasks
  • Assist with tracking fleet orders, status updates, and delivery timelines
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, Accounting, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of fleet operations
  • Provide customers with information regarding vehicles, services, and next steps in the sales process
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Commercial and Fleet Sales department
Requirements
  • Previous experience in automotive sales support, fleet coordination, or a related administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and basic office software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Positive attitude with a proactive, team-oriented approach
  • Must pass pre-employment background screenings
