Claims Analyst Junior

Title: Claims Analyst I
Contract Type: W2 12-month contract
Remote/Onsite: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC or Kansas City, MO

Job Description: This position will be primarily responsible for supporting all administrative processes related to Document Capture and Indexing, including creating claims from client submissions.

• Ensure Claim documents are correctly categorized for processing in AI Assistant prior to releasing documents for indexing
• Process any claim documents received via email or fax
• Collaborate with claim representatives to resolve any issues that might arise
• Create new claims for clients that submit claims via documents (once captured)
• Verify all documents attached to claims are correctly indexed
• Verify all information entered is accurate to ensure auto-adjudicated claims are paid correctly

Required Experience &

Competencies:

• Proficiency in manipulating Adobe PDFs
• Strong work ethic with commitment to accuracy and excellence
• Strong problem-solving and processing skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work closely on a team with business users to investigate and resolve data related issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred (V‑Lookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
