Work Schedule:

Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Opportunity

This role is onsite daily in our Charlotte, NC office.

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in a fast-paced financial services environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key liaison between the CRO, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication within the Risk Management function.

Work Itself
  • Manage the CRO’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and arrange travel logistics.
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents for the CRO.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including Risk Committee meetings, board presentations, and cross-functional sessions; prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, responding on behalf of the CRO as appropriate.
  • Maintain confidential files and records related to risk management, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and documentation.
  • Coordinate with other executive assistants and departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Support special projects and initiatives led by the CRO, including risk assessments, audits, and strategic planning.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • May produce expense reports for department.
  • May process invoices for payment.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
The Skills You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management, compliance, or regulatory environments is a plus.
