We're seeking to hire a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and eager to learn. Prior dental or orthodontic office experience is preferred but not required
—we're happy to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. A positive attitude, reliability, and excellent communication skills are essential to success in this role.
To be successful in this role, you should have:- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to manage a busy, multi-line phone system and greet patients warmly
- Attention to detail when scheduling appointments and updating patient records
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar)
- Comfort learning new software; experience with Open Dental or similar systems is a plus
- An organized, proactive mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
- Understanding of HIPAA privacy policies (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Dental or orthodontic office experience preferred, not required
This is a full-time position
, Monday–Thursday with select Fridays. Compensation is based on experience
