The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative and operational functions to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and professional office environment. This role supports leadership, employees, and external partners by managing office systems, coordinating resources, and maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations including facilities, mail distribution, supplies, and vendor relationship
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, maintenance, and overall workspace organization
  • Coordinate office moves, repairs, and upgrades as needed
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and workplace safety standards
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming communications, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
  • Provide executive and administrative support, including travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and expense tracking
  • People & Culture Support
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding (workspace setup, IT coordination, system access)
  • Act as a go-to resource for internal staff questions and office-related needs
  • Assist with planning and coordinating company meetings, events, and team activities
  • Develop, document, and improve office procedures to increase efficiency

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general office management tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works effectively across teams
