CONTRACTED: 3/2/2026 to 3/1/2027 (possible temp to hire)
PAY RANGE: $20.78 hourly

Executes diverse administrative duties for a very large, complex department or business unit. In support of senior level executives, the Executive Assistant handles administrative duties in the following areas:
- Executes calendar management, expense reporting, and travel requests
- Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support including composing, signing and releasing routine but somewhat complex correspondence
- Relieves management of administrative details; gathers, compiles and reports information relevant to/for the executive
- Reads, screens, refers and responds to incoming mail, ensuring that referrals are made, responses are gathered and summarized
- Manages different and conflicting objectives, projects or activities at once
- Coordinates schedules for corporate level executives
- Communicates with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant information. Some staff at this level are involved in high-level client contact and exposure to sensitive information and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment

Required Qualifications- 3 + years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or comparable level of experience and demonstrated ability in either current or prior positions to interact with senior level executives
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, manage time wisely, handle confidential and sensitive material with highest degree of integrity, a self-starter
- Strong executive presence; superior interpersonal communications skills
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Use of computers and technology
