Position Overview

We are hiring a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Marketing Coordinator to support internal marketing coordination, client-facing initiatives, and operational planning activities. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, organization of materials and schedules, and assisting with day-to-day coordination efforts to ensure smooth execution of company initiatives. This is an on-site position in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with coordinating internal marketing projects and client-related initiatives.
  • Support the organization of schedules, meetings, and project timelines.
  • Prepare and organize materials, documents, and internal resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, project updates, and coordination efforts.
