Office Coordinator – Contract (06+ Months)

Pay Range: $13 - $14 per hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee administrative duties to ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly.
- Manage office supplies, order snacks, sort mail, work on special projects and events, and support staff with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and booking travel.
- Provide support to the executive team and cross‑functional support within the department.
- Part‑time up to 24 hours weekly with some schedule flexibility.
- Customer service oriented, organized, reliable, professional, positive attitude.
