Position Overview

We are looking for an Entry Level Communications Assistant to support internal and external communication efforts, assist with coordination tasks, and help maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. This role focuses on organization, communication, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily communication tasks and provide general support to the communications team.
  • Support coordination of events, outreach programs, and client‑facing initiatives.
  • Prepare written materials such as summaries, talking points, and internal updates.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and files related to communication activities.
  • Assist in coordinating communication between departments to ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must reside locally and be available to work on‑site in Charlotte, NC.
