At CAPITAL our Automotive Office Support Staff play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. Responsibilities include data entry, reviewing documents for accuracy, collaborating with dealerships and support center management, and completing miscellaneous office tasks.

- Entering and maintaining data in databases or spreadsheets
- Collaborating with other staff members and departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow
- Working with vehicle titles
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
- Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment.
- Prepare miscellaneous reports
- Other duties assigned
- Ability to manage a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Time management skills to complete job duties within a tight time schedule
- Working knowledge of PC operation and applications
- Dealership and/or automotive experience is a plus
- Experience with CDK software a plus
- Excellent communication abilities are a must
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings
